These dainty Tea Scones are everybody's favourite! We found most of the scones for sale out there are usually very dry and not buttery enough, so we have came up with a perfect recipe. Our scones go perfectly with any fruit preserves, butter and clotted cream.

French Lavender Blueberry Jam

For the past week or so, we have been making some of the fruit preserves that will be added into our product line. Without a doubt, we had to include Blueberries, BC Blueberries that is! However, you see Blueberry preserves everywhere and it is nothing new, so to make ours stand out, we added the lovely, fragrant French Lavender grown here in BC. We are very happy with the way it turned out. As the blueberries are in season, they have just the right sweetness and therefore we only needed to add a very small amount of sugar. When we popped open the jar there is a burst of Lavender scent. We can totally see this sweet, fragrant jam with fresh Brioche bread and our delicious dainty raisin tea scones!

On the other hand, we have completed our "To-Go" menu. We have filled the menu with delicious organic sweet treats and Asian tea inspired teacakes. Please come back soon as we will be posting the to-go menu here very soon!
