It's blackberry season and our Hidden Blackberry Cheesecake has been a hit! So far, we've been cranking out cheesecakes everyday, from big to miniature! Today, it was a special day for one of our close friend and we are proud to bake him one of these bad boys for his birthday!

Organic Clafouti Tart

For a custom order this week, we've made some lovely French Clafouti Tarts (with organic plums, blueberries and cherries- all from local BC!). These mini tarts were very well received, they were served in a meeting for a local charity.
